YOU! Whatever stage you are at in life, volunteering is a great opportunity to:

What volunteer roles are available?
What training will I get? All Volunteers receive a CLAN Induction and Shop Volunteers are then trained 'on the job' in the shops.
Support Volunteers attend a compulsory COSCA* validated in-house training over four weekends. The training involves assessment and not all trainees who complete the course will be asked to become support volunteers. (*COSCA is Scotland's professional body for counselling and psychotherapy) 'I was concerned and a bit nervous about the training but really enjoyed it. Everyone was in the same boat and we were put at our ease and the need for training clearly explained to us'.
What support will I get? Our Volunteer Manager is always available We hold monthly meetings for updates, news and development Regular group supervision takes place One to one support and supervision is available from qualified counsellors You have the back-up of an established organisation and Board of Directors... ...and social events for fun and friendship
