 CLAN's challenge over the next two years is to raise £3,000,000 to build our new Cancer Support Centre.
In 2003, CLAN welcomed 7,500 client visits to CLAN House and by 2009 this had increased to around 14,000. CLAN's Board and staff agreed that to achieve our vision to provide cancer support for all in the decades to come, CLAN needs a new fit-for-purpose facility - a New CLAN House and CLAN Haven.
Our new home will ensure:
- Our new clients don't have to wait more than three working days for an appointment
- We always have a room for our long distance guests
- We have space to provide therapeutic activities and self help courses
- We are cost and energy efficient
- We continue to improve the health and well-being of all ages in the communities we serve
